Von den Unterwasser-Sehenswürdigkeiten des Aquatoriums von Lopar ist besonders die „Medova buža“ (in wörtlicher Übersetzung: Bärengrube) erwähnenswert, ein Naturphänomen mit einem Unterwassereingang, der in drei miteinander verbundene Höhlen führt. Einst war das ein Standort der Mittelmeer-Mönchsrobbe (in wörtlicher Übersetzung: Mittelmeer-Bärin), nach welcher der Ort auch benannt wurde. Heute lockt es viele Abenteurer und Tauchliebhaber, die hier oft Unterwasserhochzeiten organisieren.
